Terms & Conditions

1. Scope of Services

AI Drip Marketing provides digital marketing tools and services, including but not limited to:

• AI-driven ad campaigns
• Hosted software and automation tools
• Advertising strategy support
• Client dashboard access and reporting

These offerings are collectively referred to as the “Service.”

2. Privacy & Security

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal data. By using our Service, you agree to the terms of that Privacy Policy.

We may update our privacy practices from time to time. Clients who no longer wish to receive communications from AI Drip Marketing must terminate their account. We may publicly name clients or partners in our marketing, unless requested otherwise in writing.

3. License & Acceptable Use

We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service during your subscription term for internal business purposes only.

You may not:

• Sell, resell, or sublicense the Service
• Reverse engineer, copy, or modify Service components
• Share login credentials or give access outside your organization
• Use the Service for competitive analysis or performance benchmarking

Your license is limited to the number of users stated in your order. Shared or concurrent use by multiple individuals under one license is prohibited.

You agree not to: upload malicious code; interfere with Service operation; attempt unauthorized access; or overload our servers or infrastructure. We reserve the right to update or modify the Service at any time as part of our ongoing improvements.

4. Client Responsibilities

You are responsible for all activities under your user accounts, maintaining the security of your login credentials, and complying with all applicable laws.

You may not misrepresent your identity; harass or defame others; upload unlawful, false, or infringing content; or transmit/store sensitive personal data without proper consent.

5. Client Content & Advertising

You are responsible for all content you upload or publish through the Service (“Client Content”), including ads, websites, text, and creatives. You represent and warrant that you own or have rights to use all Client Content; that your ads and content comply with applicable laws and platform guidelines (e.g., Google, Facebook, Microsoft); and that your ads will not promote illegal or misleading activity.

You authorize AI Drip Marketing to distribute your ads across applicable ad networks; modify, optimize, or enhance ad content using platform APIs; and use Client Content strictly to deliver the Service. You retain full ownership of your content. You grant us a limited license to use, display, and modify Client Content for the sole purpose of providing our Service.

6. URL & Branding Use

Any URL incorporating “AI Drip Marketing” or its derivatives is owned by AI Drip Marketing, requires our written permission to use, and must be relinquished upon termination of this Agreement. All other URLs you use remain your property; you are responsible for ensuring compliance with this Agreement on those URLs.

7. Client Data & Account Information

You retain ownership of your account data and marketing performance data (“Client Data”). You grant us a limited license to store and process Client Data to provide the Service, and to use anonymized or aggregated data for system improvements, analytics, or benchmarking. We will never share identifiable Client Data with third parties without your consent, except when required by law.

8. Advertising Platforms & Third-Party Services

You remain the account holder for all external advertising platforms (Google Ads, Facebook, etc.) and are responsible for all billing, compliance, and account management.

AI Drip Marketing is not financially affiliated with your advertising accounts. We may receive incentives or commissions from platforms based on performance or spend (this does not affect your rates or service).

9. Data Protection & GDPR Compliance

If AI Drip Marketing processes any personal data on your behalf, you are the data controller and we are the processor. We will only process data in accordance with your instructions and our Privacy Policy. You confirm you have obtained proper consent or legal authority to collect and share such data, and that you will inform users of your data practices as required by applicable data protection laws (e.g., GDPR, CCPA).

10. Termination

Either party may terminate this Agreement with written notice. Upon termination: your access to the Service will be revoked; any AI Drip Marketing-owned URLs or branding must be relinquished; and we may retain anonymized usage data for legal or operational reasons.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law: AI Drip Marketing is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid in the past 3 months. We provide the Service “as is” with no warranties of fitness or performance.

12. Governing Law
